The application process for the recruitment exam of Clerk, Bank Assistant & Various posts has been extended by the West Bengal Co-operative Service Commission (COOPWB).

COOPWB Recruitment 2020 Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline & BCK from any recognized University.
Age Limit: 18 to 35 years Age Calculate on 01.01.2020


Application Fee: Pay the Examination Fee through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking.

For UR/ OBC Candidates: 200/-

For SC/ ST Candidates: 40/-

Last Date for Submission Of Online Application: April 3, 2020, postponed to April 30, 2020

Postponement Notice:



– The commission will notify timely, the date of exam and the date of availability of the Admit Cards on its official website and in the Anandabazar Patrika and The Telegraph and it is the responsibility of the candidate to follow the same

– SMS alerts will be sent to the candidates at their contact numbers for intimating (I) date of online exam (ii) Date of interview and as applicable. The commission will not be responsible for non-receipt of SMS alert

– All exam centers will be in and around Kolkata only

– No admit card will be sent by post. Or provided from the commission’s office. Candidates will have to download their Admit Card from the commission’s website and get two printed copies of the same

– Candidates will have to submit one copy of the Admit Card at the time of online exam and keep another copy for computer test and interview

– The list of candidates selected for computer test and for interview/ viva-voce test will be displayed in the commission’s website

– Call letters for computer test and interview/ viva-voce test will be sent by speed post

– The list of recommended candidates will be published in the commission’s website recommendation letters will be sent to the candidates by speed post

– Canvassing in any form is strictly prohibited

– If at any stage it is found that the candidate has suppressed information or provided wrong information, his/her candidature will be liable to be canceled.
